Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course will receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Same-day certification is available but not guaranteed and requires successful course completion. We reserve the right to fail any participant(s) who does not meet the course requirements, including passing skills and written assessments.
